This pilot checks a limited set of saved XLSX evidence. Read these processing and workspace limits before uploading. Excel is not recalculated or repaired, and a provisional score does not certify financial correctness.
Where analysis runs
Requests pass through Cloudflare's edge. Supported saved XLSX evidence is inspected in a disposable native analyzer constrained to the EU. The original workbook is immutable during analysis, held temporarily and not retained for history. Analysis returns only after native cleanup and container destruction are confirmed; failed cleanup stops further admission.
EU-constrained analysis, EU-jurisdiction metadata storage and private EU report storage do not establish EU-only edge, log or provider processing. We do not promise provider-wide zero retention, exact physical erasure or enterprise certification.
Private reports and shorter browser access
Filename, date, provisional score and private report have a thirty-day retention cutoff per scan. Original workbooks are not retained. Report access requires the same valid browser workspace, unexpired records and server-side access; an anonymous credential lasts at most 24 hours from its creation, independently of the report's thirty-day retention.
Deleting or losing the cookie, changing browsers, ending the workspace or waiting for its expiry prevents recovery of those reports. Starting another workspace does not restore them. No Google identity or password account is connected in this pilot.
Expiry, deletion and cleanup
Logical report access stops at thirty days even if the private object has not yet been physically removed. Bounded maintenance runs hourly to remove expired reports and metadata and retry failed cleanup. A private R2 report-prefix lifecycle rule expires report objects after 31 days as a safety net. Scheduled cleanup, provider backups and storage failures do not establish an exact physical-erasure deadline.
Earlier report deletion is available while your workspace credential remains valid. Downloaded and printed copies are separate and remain under your control. Ending the workspace revokes access; it does not immediately delete every private report.
Free access and downloads
Free previews send only five prioritized Findings. Blurred cards are generic placeholders with no hidden evidence. Additional Findings remain locked; payments and subscriptions are unavailable. Reports open on the website after server-side access checks. Reports with incomplete exports cannot be saved as a complete PDF; partial analysis coverage is shown honestly and does not imply a complete financial audit.
For a complete accessible report, choose Save as PDF on the report page, then select Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. This is a browser save dialog, not an automatic PDF download.
Cookies, logs and provider metadata
The anonymous session cookie is host-only, Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. The application keeps displayed evidence in page memory, not browser persistent storage. No third-party scripts, analytics or session replay are used.
Application operational diagnostics exclude workbook bytes, filenames, formulas and report evidence. Cloudflare may retain ordinary access, IP and security metadata under its provider policy. Customer workbook content is never training data.
